Video Team Lead (Videography, Editing & Filmmaking)
We are seeking an experienced and creative Video Team Lead to oversee end-to-end video production, from concept development to final delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller with a background in videography, video editing, and directing/filmmaking, capable of leading a team and delivering high-quality content across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the video production process from pre-production to post-production
- Direct shoots, including planning, shot composition, and on-set supervision
- Oversee video editing to ensure high-quality output aligned with brand standards
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards
- Manage and mentor videographers, editors, and freelance creators
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce impactful content
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in videography, video editing, and filmmaking/directing
- Mandatory: Prior experience working in a creative/advertising agency environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership and high-quality video production
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro
- Experience managing a team or leading video projects
- Strong storytelling, creative direction, and visual composition skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
