Job Description

Coach Select Sport’s Academy is looking for a talented Videographer who knows how to turn football into compelling visual stories.

We are looking for someone who can go beyond simply recording training sessions — someone who understands football, movement, emotion, atmosphere and storytelling, and can translate those moments into content that feels professional, modern and engaging.

From training sessions and player development to matchdays, academy events and social media campaigns, you will be responsible for capturing the moments that represent the Coach Select Sport’s Academy experience.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in sports and/or lifestyle videography
• Excellent understanding of camera work, composition, lighting and movement
• Ability to capture dynamic football action and authentic moments
• Strong skills in short-form video and social media content
• Experience with Reels, TikTok, promotional videos and campaign content
• Strong editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or similar
• Good understanding of pacing, music, transitions, sound design and visual storytelling
• Ability to create content that feels premium, energetic and current
• Strong attention to detail and a good sense of visual branding
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and adapt quickly on location
• A strong interest in football and sports storytelling is highly preferred

 TRIAL DAY – MONDAY

Selected candidates will be invited to attend a practical videography trial on Monday, where they will have the opportunity to demonstrate their shooting, creativity and editing approach in a real football academy environment.

Candidates should be prepared to bring their own camera/equipment and showcase their previous work.
