Videographer – ONEA Properties

ONEA Properties is looking for a talented and ambitious Videographer to join our in-house team in Dubai.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with ONEA and play a real part in shaping the company, our content and our brand. You’ll work closely with the team, have the freedom to bring your own ideas forward, and help define how ONEA is presented to the market as we grow.

What You’ll Do

• Film and produce high-quality 360 property tours and real estate content
• Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms
• Film brokers, team members, company culture and behind-the-scenes content
• Create lifestyle and Dubai-focused content that fits the ONEA brand
• Handle camera setup, lighting, composition and audio
• Edit content including colour grading, sound, transitions and motion graphics
• Turn ideas and concepts into strong visual stories
• Work closely with our Creative & Brand Manager, Marketing Manager and wider team
• Help develop and evolve ONEA’s visual content style as the company grows
• Stay ahead of social media, videography and content trends

Who We’re Looking For

• Creative, ambitious and highly motivated
• Strong videography and editing skills
• A strong eye for detail, composition and storytelling
• Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
• Someone comfortable sharing ideas and challenging existing ones
• Able to work closely with different departments and personalities
• Experience in real estate, luxury or lifestyle content is an advantage
• Based in Dubai
• Previous Dubai Real Estate Videography Experience
