Freelance Videographer – Real Estate Walkthrough
 

This opportunity is ideal for a videographer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for real estate content. You will accompany a real estate agent to a property site in Dubai, capturing high-quality video footage designed to engage audiences on social media platforms. The focus is on creating a compelling walkthrough that highlights both the property and the agent’s presentation, ensuring the visuals are dynamic and professional. This is a single-shoot assignment over one or two days, with the possibility of future projects based on performance.

Deliverables

• Record onsite video footage of the real estate agent at the property location.
• Guide camera angles, expressions, and body language to best showcase the property and agent.
• Capture dynamic walkthrough shots suitable for social media channels.
• Ensure all footage is well-lit, steady, and visually engaging.
• Provide direction and feedback during the shoot to optimize content quality.
  

Requirements

• Experience in self-shooting property walkthroughs or similar real estate video projects.
• Ability to provide on-the-spot direction for camera angles and subject presentation.
• Proficiency with video recording equipment and basic lighting techniques.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Availability for a one- or two-day shoot in Dubai.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently on location.
• Portfolio or examples of previous real estate or walkthrough video work preferred.
