Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality property photos and videos.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Edit videos, reels, and promotional content for marketing campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas aligned with the company’s branding.
- Cover property tours, events, and team activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create impactful content.
- Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and content strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in videography and content creation.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of photography, videography, lighting, and composition techniques.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in real estate content creation will be an advantage.
