Real Estate Videographer & Photographer

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Videographer & Photographer to produce premium visual content for real estate listings across Dubai. The ideal candidate will specialize in both photography and videography, creating high-quality property visuals, cinematic walkthroughs, and engaging social media content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and property portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality interior and exterior photography of residential and commercial properties
• Produce cinematic property videos, walkthroughs, and reels for listings and digital marketing
• Shoot short-form content (Reels, TikTok, ads) optimized for lead generation
• Operate professional equipment (camera, gimbal, lighting, audio, etc.)
• Conduct drone photography/videography (if licensed in UAE)
• Perform post-production editing, including color grading, retouching, sound, and subtitles
• Deliver fast turnaround (often 24–48 hours) aligned with Dubai market standards
• Collaborate with agents and marketing teams to highlight key selling points
• Suggest staging and shot composition to enhance property appeal
• Manage, maintain, and transport equipment across multiple locations

Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing property listings, walkthroughs, and social media content
• Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, Final Cut, etc.)
• Ability to create cinematic, conversion-focused content for ads and listings
• Knowledge of camera systems (Sony/Canon preferred), lighting, and composition
• Experience using drones (UAE drone license is a strong advantage)
• Ability to handle multiple shoots per week and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and coordination skills with agents and teams
• Must be comfortable producing high-volume content weekly (3–5+ videos)
• Ability to create content specifically for lead generation ads, not just aesthetics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with luxury real estate
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate platforms (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills
• Understanding of social media trends and performance-driven content
