Social Media Manager

Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies across platforms to support brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for Ziron Pro and its clients. Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling posts, managing social media calendars, monitoring channels, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with design, content, and performance marketing teams to develop campaigns, optimize social media performance, and report on key metrics and insights. The role also involves staying current with platform trends, best practices, and emerging tools to continuously improve social media outcomes.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, including experience managing campaigns across major platforms.
Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Writing skills to plan effective social campaigns and create engaging, audience-relevant copy.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, coordinate with clients, and engage with online communities.
Experience with social media analytics, reporting tools, and data-driven decision making is beneficial.
Familiarity with performance marketing, SEO basics, and digital branding within an agency or fast-paced environment is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving social media trends and client needs.
