Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow the company's social media presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media accounts, implementing digital marketing strategies, and increasing brand awareness and audience engagement across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage daily activities across platforms.
Create, edit, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, videos, and graphics.
Prepare and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
Monitor comments, messages, and customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
Identify social media trends, audience interests, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to support promotional campaigns.
Maintain brand consistency in all social media communications.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics platforms.
Knowledge of paid social media advertising is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
