Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Content Execution
Create, edit, and schedule posts, stories, reels, and short-form video content across all channels Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube
Support the Communication Manager/Social Media Manager in producing content aligned with the monthly calendar and campaign priorities
Write on-brand captions and copy for day-to-day posts
Source, resize, and format assets (images, video, graphics) for each platform's specifications in coordination with design team
Ensure all content follows Ohana's official Brand Manual (colors, typography, logo usage)

Community Management
Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across channels in a timely, on-brand tone
Track engagement daily and flag any sensitive or reputational issues to the Communication Manager/Social Media Manager
Support influencer and partner tagging, community outreach, and follower engagement initiatives

Scheduling & Coordination
Maintain and update the social media content calendar
Coordinate with design, photography/videography, and external agencies to gather content on time
Support content shoots and coverage at events, launches, and sales centre activations

Reporting & Admin
Pull weekly and monthly performance data (reach, engagement, follower growth) from platform insights
Assist in compiling social media performance reports
Maintain organized archives of published content and creative assets

Requirements
1-3 years of experience in social media coordination, content creation, or community management (real estate developer experience is a must)
Strong copywriting skills and an eye for on-brand visual content
Working knowledge of platform-native tools (Instagram/Facebook TikTok, native scheduling tools)
Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express or similar) a plus
Excellent written and verbal English (Arabic a plus)
High attention to detail and comfort handling confidential or partner-sensitive content
Organized, responsive, and comfortable working to a content calendar and deadlines
