Job Description

An HR Officer plays a pivotal role in managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about cultivating a positive workplace culture while contributing to the organization’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Handle onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth induction process.

Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (e.g., contracts, attendance, and personal information).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws regarding employee documentation.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g., attendance, leaves).
  • Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, allowances, and end-of-service benefits.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, complaints, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication and team-building initiatives.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR roles
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
