About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Forensic Accountant to join our Forensic Services practice at Director level. This is a senior leadership role focused on disputes, quantum analysis, and expert witness work. The successful candidate will lead complex engagements, deliver expert evidence, and play a key role in growing our disputes capability across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver complex dispute advisory and litigation support engagements from inception to resolution
  • Prepare and present expert witness reports and provide testimony in arbitration, litigation, and mediation proceedings
  • Conduct quantum analysis, damages assessments, and financial investigations for high-value commercial disputes
  • Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on contentious matters
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering technical excellence and professional growth
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client pitches
  • Play an active role in building and expanding the disputes practice across KSA and UAE
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Tax, and Deal Advisory on multi-disciplinary engagements

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a technically excellent forensic accounting professional with a proven track record in disputes and expert witness work. Beyond technical expertise, we value leadership qualities that inspire teams and build lasting client relationships.

Requirements

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience in forensic accounting, with a strong focus on disputes
  • Demonstrated experience preparing expert reports and providing expert witness testimony
  • Deep expertise in quantum analysis, damages calculations, and financial dispute resolution
  • Experience building or significantly contributing to the growth of a disputes practice
  • Big 4 background preferred; strong candidates from boutique forensic firms will be considered
  • Willingness to be based in KSA or UAE, with flexibility to work across both markets

Technical Skills

  • Expert-level proficiency in financial analysis and damages quantification
  • Strong understanding of arbitration and litigation processes across multiple jurisdictions
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities

  • Client Focus: Ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships with credibility and trust
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex financial matters into clear, compelling narratives
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and manage multiple engagements simultaneously

  • Integrity & Judgement: Impeccable ethical standards and sound professional judgement under pressure
