Accountant (Finance – Real Estate & Contracting)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Process supplier invoices, expense claims, and payment runs for both group entities

Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger entries

Prepare VAT returns and assist with all statutory financial regulatory filings

Manage petty cash funds and staff expense reimbursements across both companies

Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and budget variance reports

Support the Finance Manager throughout external audit and financial review cycles

Maintain an organized, audit-ready filing system for all financial records

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (construction or real estate preferred)

Working knowledge of VAT regulations and local tax compliance requirements

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or equivalent

Advanced Excel skills with high numerical accuracy and attention to detail

Organized and comfortable managing financial records across two entities
