Accountant

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant Intern to join our Finance team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in accounts receivable, credit control, customer account management, and financial reporting within a dynamic business environment.

• Assist with monitoring customer accounts and outstanding balances.
• Support the collection of overdue payments through professional customer communication.
• Help prepare customer account statements and aging reports.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate payment discrepancies.
• Process and allocate incoming customer payments accurately.
• Maintain accurate customer records and finance documentation.
• Assist with preparing credit control reports and performance metrics.
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve account queries.
• Perform other administrative and finance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate in Accounting or similar field
• Based in Dubai
