Job Description

Senior Accountant

As Capeon expands, we are building a dependable accounting team to support group businesses across India and the UAE. Based on experience and business needs, successful candidates may be assigned to entity-level accounting or consolidation support.

This is a hands-on core accounting and bookkeeping role— not a strategic finance or managerial position. We value practical ability, ownership, integrity, discretion and a long-term mindset.

Key responsibilities:

* Maintain day-to-day books of account in Tally

* Accurately record receipts, payments, purchases, sales and journal vouchers

* Maintain ledgers, accounts payable and accounts receivable

* Perform bank, cash, debtor, creditor and intercompany reconciliations

* Record intercompany transactions with proper supporting documents

* Maintain complete vouchers, records and audit trails

* Support consolidation and reconciliation when assigned

* Protect sensitive financial information with strict confidentiality

What we are looking for:

* 5+ years of hands-on core accounting or bookkeeping experience

* Strong practical command of Tally—mandatory

* Sound knowledge of debit/credit principles, journal entries, ledger scrutiny and reconciliations

* Basic awareness of Indian accounting and compliance; specialist filings are handled by the relevant compliance team

* A dependable professional who takes pride in detailed accounting work

* Candidates in India willing to relocate to Dubai, as well as candidates already in the UAE

* Immediate joiners and candidates able to join within 30 days are preferred

* CA/CMA qualifications are not mandatory—practical experience and role fit matter. We are looking for Graduate or Post Graduate qualification.

Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. All Sundays and the last Saturday of every month are off.
