Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at Radiant Real Estate, located in the Abu Dhabi, UAE. Radiant Real Estate is seeking to recruit a qualified and motivated Accountant to join our Accounts Department. This recruitment supports the company’s continued growth, particularly in the areas of Accounts Receivable and Treasury Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer billing, collections, and account reconciliation
• Monitor daily cash flows, perform bank reconciliations, and execute fund transfers
• Prepare financial reports to support decision-making
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial procedures

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar accounting role
• Professional certification (CMA, ACCA, CPA) is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Familiar with ERP systems (Oracle or similar)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
