About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Accounting & Taxation Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a hybrid role combining Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Operations within the accounting and taxation domain.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue by converting company-provided leads into clients, onboarding new customers, and ensuring smooth delivery of accounting, VAT, and corporate tax services.
This is not a back-office accounting role. We are looking for someone who can sell, manage clients, and coordinate operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and business growth.
Revenue generation and client acquisition are the key performance indicators for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Generation (Primary Responsibility)
• Convert company-generated leads into paying clients.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients to understand their business requirements.
• Present and pitch accounting, VAT, bookkeeping, and corporate tax solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and regularly report on business development activities.
- Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and collection of required documents.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
• Provide timely support and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure client retention.
- Operations & Service Delivery
• Coordinate with the Accounting, VAT, and Corporate Tax teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Monitor client engagements from onboarding to completion.
• Follow up on deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support in resolving operational and client-related issues.
• Ensure all client work is completed accurately and professionally.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of client engagements.
Qualifications & Requirements
• CA / Inter CA / ACCA (Qualified or Part-Qualified preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounting, Taxation, Audit, Finance, or Business Advisory.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT Regulations, and UAE Corporate Tax.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client management.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, or ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under pressure.
