Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Are you an aspiring accounting professional looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic audit and tax environment?

CALX is looking for a motivated Accounting Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and UAE tax compliance.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assisting with bookkeeping and maintaining books of accounts
  • Supporting the preparation of financial statements and accounting reports
  • Assisting the accounting team with day-to-day client requirements
  • Supporting VAT and other UAE tax compliance work
  • Organising and reviewing financial documents and records
  • Working closely with the accounting and audit teams on client engagements

What We Are Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Previous internship or academic experience in accounting is a plus
