The Role
As an Accounts Receivable Executive – Arabic Speaker, you will play a vital role in supporting the hotel’s financial operations by ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and maintaining strong relationships with our guests and business partners.
You will represent the Finance function with professionalism, precision, and care—ensuring all financial interactions reflect Hyatt’s commitment to excellence and trust. Your role will focus on managing receivables, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient revenue cycle.

Qualifications
Who You Are:
Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar Finance role, preferably within hospitality
Strong understanding of billing, collections, and reconciliation processes
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts effectively
Proactive with strong problem‑solving and follow‑up skills
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems (e.g., Opera, Oracle, or similar)
Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency
