Accounts Receivable Accountant- UAE National
 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant – Accounts Receivable- (UAEN only) to join our team at [Wasl]. In this role, Accountant – Accounts Receivable will play a key part in managing and overseeing the accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain billing system, generate and send out invoices, follow up on, collect and allocate payments, carry out billing.
• Collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines, perform account reconciliations.
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities, and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Analysis, review AR aging to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records, follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
• Process credit card payments, prepare bank deposits, investigate and resolve customer queries, process adjustments.
• Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts, communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally.
• Assist with month-end closing, and collect data and prepare monthly metrics Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients.

Requirements:

• UAEN ( fresh graduates ) with a valid Emirates ID.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 1- 2 years Preferred Account Receivable .
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
