- Efficiently managing the front desk area to ensure it is organized and tidy
- Cheerfully greeting and welcoming visitors or clients
- Properly handling business correspondence such as emails, mails and packages
- Presenting a courteous and approachable attitude to ensure a welcoming and positive initial impression
Administrative Operations and Management Support
- Effectively handling travel arrangements and accommodations for staff or executives
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events; maintaining and updating office records and files and databases
- Efficiently preparing reports, memos and other documents as required
- Manages office supplies and its inventory; oversees office maintenance, repairs or services
- Ensures that meeting rooms, reception areas, and workspaces are clean, well-stocked, and functional
- Organizes seating arrangements or workspace allocation for employees
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Acts as an effective point of contact between departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination
- Assists teams with administrative tasks or operational support and in the execution of cross-functional projects
- Accurately and promptly relays information and messages
