Aerospace Technical Trainer- Learning and Development
Job Description
Responsible for supporting and coordinating the activities of learning courses and programs. Assist in the end-to-end delivery of learning initiatives for all staff to develop and enhance employees’ knowledge, skills, and competencies needed to achieve the business objectives of STRATA.
Required Qualifications:
- -Preferably at least 5 years of relevant experience in the composite aerospace industry.
- Proven training instruction experience in aerospace composite industry
- Diploma or an equivalent university degree in a related field.
Job Specific Technical Skills:
- Strong collaboration, and influencing skills
- Excellent knowledge of modern learning techniques and ability to adapt these to different learning styles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled IT user (MS Office, MS Project, SAP).
