Job Title: Art Teacher – Higher Grades
Location: Elite Private School, Abu Dhabi
Elite Private School is looking for an experienced and creative Art Teacher to teach higher grade students. The ideal candidate will inspire learners to explore advanced artistic techniques, art history, and contemporary practices while preparing them for higher-level academic and creative achievements in line with ADEK standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging art lessons for middle and high school students
- Teach advanced techniques in drawing, painting, sculpture, design, and digital art
- Introduce students to art history, aesthetics, and cultural perspectives in art
- Guide students in preparing portfolios for higher education and competitions
- Organize exhibitions, art shows, and school events showcasing student talent
- Assess and monitor student progress with constructive feedback and support
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate art across different subject areas
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Teaching qualification/license (ADEK approval or eligibility required)
- At least 2–3 years of teaching experience with higher grades (middle/high school)
- Strong expertise in traditional and modern art forms, including digital media
- Excellent classroom management and ability to inspire students
- Passion for nurturing creativity and preparing students for academic and artistic success
