Job Vacancy: Assistant Accountant cum Admin
We are looking for a Female Assistant Accountant cum Admin to join our team.
Requirements:
1.Basic knowledge of Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting
2.Basic accounting knowledge
3.Able to handle invoices, quotations, payments, and daily entries
4.Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer work
5.Able to manage admin tasks, filing, coordination, and office support
6.Good communication skills
7.Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
8.Female candidate on husband visa
Job Responsibilities:
1.Prepare and maintain invoices, quotations, and payment records
2.Update accounts in Zoho
3.Follow up on payments and outstanding balances
4.Handle basic admin and office coordination work
5.Maintain files, records, and documents
6.Support sales and management team with daily office tasks
Preferred:
1.Previous UAE experience will be an advantage
2.Immediate joiner preferred
