An Associate Solutions Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to the sales team, as well as clients, during the sales process. They work closely with the sales team to understand the customer’s needs and requirements, and then design and present appropriate technical solutions. Additionally, they assist with product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to showcase the company’s technology capabilities.
