Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit & Tax Expert to manage internal and external audits, ensure tax compliance, and provide expert advice on tax planning and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with applicable laws and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and manage internal and external audits.
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare, review, and file tax returns (VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and external consultants.
• Identify tax risks and provide recommendations for tax optimization.
• Maintain accurate financial and tax records.
• Support management with audit reports, tax analysis, and compliance updates.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred
• Proven experience in audit and tax roles
• Strong knowledge of taxation laws and audit procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
