Baker Associate – Everyday Goods Food Retail
Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Baker Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in baking a variety of breads while ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and baking of breads, and other baked goods.
- Follow recipes and standard procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to produce perfect results.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure all products meet food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking and ordering baking supplies.
- Assist with customer service when needed, including taking orders and answering inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a smooth operation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bakery role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
