Qualifications:

  • Proven experience teaching Pearson BTEC International Level 3 Business
    (essential)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Education, or a related field.
  • Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, Diploma in Education, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of BTEC assessment criteria, internal verification and
    standards.
  • IELTS minimum band score of 7.5 for non native english speakers.
  • At least 3-5 years of teaching experience (international or UAE experience
    preferred).
  • Knowledge of UAE education standards, safeguarding, and child protection
    policies.
  • Experience delivering vocational and career-focused education pathways.
  • Ability to support students with diverse learning needs, including EAL and SEN.
  • Strong classroom management and student engagement strategies.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and multicultural environment.
    Preferred:
  • Experience with IB Career-related Programme (CP) or similar pathways.
  • Experience/Knowledge of IB and/or American Curriculum
  • Experience integrating real-world business contexts into teaching and assessment.
