Role Description The Chief Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for leading all financial planning, analysis, and control activities for Magnum Opus Foundation. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and capital allocation for current and future real estate projects. The Chief Finance Manager will develop and maintain robust financial models, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and support strategic decision-making for acquisitions, fit-out investments, and leasing structures. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the finance team, coordinating audits, ensuring compliance with local regulations, optimizing tax and corporate structures, and implementing strong internal controls. The role will also partner closely with senior leadership, banking partners, and external advisors to support fundraising, project financing, and long-term growth initiatives.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles (e.g., Finance Manager, Financial Controller, CFO-track), ideally within real estate, investment, or related sectors.
  • Strong skills in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
  • Demonstrated expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
  • Experience with corporate finance, capital structuring, project financing, and stakeholder management (banks, investors, auditors).
  • Solid understanding of local regulatory, tax, and compliance requirements relevant to operations in Dubai and the UAE.
  • Advanced proficiency with ERP/financial systems and spreadsheets; ability to streamline and improve finance processes and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on business partnering and strategic support.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent is highly preferred; a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required (master’s degree is an
