Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily research on industry trends and data to create impactful content tailored for various platforms.
• Stay informed about real estate market developments to generate relevant and timely ideas.
• Proactively contribute to content brainstorming sessions, developing engaging and innovative copy concepts.
• Visualize and structure content flow to produce compelling narratives.
• Own and uphold Union Square House’s key messages, tone of voice, and style, ensuring consistency across all materials.
• Craft compelling headlines and copy that align with briefed requirements and resonate with target audiences.
• Take briefs from marketing leads and collaborate with design, production, and content teams to integrate copy with visuals effectively.
• Provide ideas and recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
• Master the art of creating attention-grabbing headlines and concise social captions for organic and paid advertising campaigns.
• Write long-form content, including opinion pieces and industry guides, that educates and engages audiences while maintaining a concise and engaging tone.
• Partner with the in-house team to update website copy and maintain a regular blog schedule, optimizing content for SEO and audience relevance.
• Develop scripts and craft clear, impactful key messages for internal and external production requirements.
• Write captivating press releases that grab journalists’ attention and highlight key stories effectively.
• Collaborate with CRM and communications teams to craft email and newsletter copy that increases engagement, including open, read, and click-through rates.
• Identify and utilize AI tools to streamline drafting, proofing, and content production processes.
• Plan and develop daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly editorials, identifying and prioritizing content aligned with upcoming marketing objectives.

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in English, Journalism.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience UAE.
• Should have strong communication skill and good command over English language.
• Should have real estate industry experience.
