SOCIAL COUNSELOR / COUNSELOR NEEDED IMMEDIATELY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Counselor/Counselor with experience in establishing and implementing student wellbeing programs.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
– Minimum 2 years of experience in schools within Dubai
– DHA License or transferable license is an advantage
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and staff
– Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
– Familiarity with the KHDA Wellbeing Survey (DSWC)

Main Responsibilities

– Conduct weekly counseling sessions
– Provide individual student support and guidance
– Organize and deliver parent workshops
– Implement and monitor the Child Protection Policy
– Promote student wellbeing and mental health initiatives across the school
