Roles & Responsibilities
The Account Director is responsible for overseeing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of digital marketing strategies and campaigns. As the senior point of contact for clients, the Account Director coordinates resources, manages client expectations, and drives innovative, results-driven campaigns that align with both client objectives and agency goals.
- Embrace and uphold the agency’s brand identity, including our Vision, Mission, Core Values, and Brand Promise, ensuring all actions and communications align with these principles.
- Onboard and continually train team members to ensure they are aligned with the agency’s standards and client expectations.
- Manage client budgets and consistently meet profitability targets.
- Develop and implement tailored, creative, and innovative strategies that align with the client’s goals and the agency’s approach.
- Ensure all client documentation is accurate and in line with agency policies and procedures.
- Drive the team to deliver actionable insights regularly to clients, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Meet with clients frequently to review project progress and address their needs, ensuring strong client relationships.
- Monitor and review KPIs and achievements for each client monthly to ensure success and alignment with goals.
- Oversee and approve quarterly client activation plans, campaign ideas, and performance reports.
- Regularly propose new, high-impact, and creative campaign ideas to exceed client expectations.
- Seek opportunities for upselling and business growth while maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager.
