We do not pay lip service to inclusion – we live it, every day, in every interaction, for every child.
We are seeking an exceptional and visionary Director of Inclusion. Someone who combines deep expertise with the moral purpose, strategic thinking, and credibility to lead and further develop our outstanding provision. This is a role for a leader who can inspire belief in inclusive practice at every level, challenge thinking where necessary, and ensure that all students, regardless of need, are empowered to succeed and thrive.
At DBSJP, innovation, collaboration, and professional ambition define our approach.
