Minimum Teaching Experience: 1 year of teaching experience
Major: Counselling, Psychology
Additional School Requirements: Qualifications:
Expected Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field
Desirable: Master in Counselling/ Child Psychology (is it necessary if we don’t require it?)
Ideal Experience: 1 Year of Elementary school experience with Emirati students and parents
Desirable: 5 years Experience working in UAE in Middle and High school (not necessary, looking for elementary for this position, not MSHS, and I added it under “ideal experience”)
Essential Skills: Maintenance of caseloads and documentation, Communication, Initiative, Willingness to work as a team, Strong work ethic, Humor, Integrity, Confidentiality, Decision Making, Creativity and Flexibility, Strong subject-matter knowledge, Strong innovation and technology skills, Working knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
