Off Plan Manager

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Off Plan Manager at Elysian Real Estate located in Dubai. As an Off Plan Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the off-plan property listings, ensuring timely and accurate updates to drive sales and meet targets. You will collaborate with the sales team, property developers, and clients to provide accurate information and facilitate smooth transactions. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the real estate market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role in the real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, especially off-plan properties
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Valid RERA certification is preferred
