Role: Part-Time Native-Level English Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons tailored to individual student needs
• Teach core skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listening
• Develop and adapt lesson plans based on student level, goals, and progress
• Create interactive and stimulating learning materials and activities
• Assess student performance regularly through assignments, tests, and informal evaluations
• Provide clear, constructive, and timely feedback to support improvement
• Track and report student progress and maintain accurate records
• Support students in building confidence and fluency in English
• Encourage critical thinking, participation, and independent learning
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and learning objectives
• Collaborate with team members to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies
• Stay updated on best practices in English language teaching

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Native or native-level English proficiency
• Proven experience teaching English (ESL/EFL preferred)
• Strong lesson planning and classroom management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with students of different ages and proficiency levels
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
• Patient, approachable, and passionate about education
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred)
• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is a plus
• Available to work on-site in JLT, Dubai
• Willing to work evening shifts (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
