Job Overview
The Events & Sponsorship Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events and sponsorship activities that align with the bank’s marketing strategies and objectives. This role involves managing all aspects of event planning, from concept development to post-event evaluation, as well as overseeing sponsorship opportunities that enhance the bank’s brand visibility and market presence. The Events & Sponsorship Manager will work closely with the Senior Manager Sponsorships & Events to ensure that all events and sponsorship initiatives are executed effectively and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage the marketing and corporate communications to deliver on business requirements.
• Development and management of the brand and acting as its guardian across business marketing activities
• Development and implementation of internal communication strategy and approach
• Development and implementation of corporate communication strategy and media relations
• Oversee delivery of all marketing requirements across advertising, communications, sponsorships, events, media management online management etc,
• Support social media presence of ENBD Group, internally and externally, to deliver on business requirements.
• Develop and manage the intranet and its key functionality from a business perspective.
• Develop and manage the merchandizing across the branch network.
• Develop and manage Consumer Education and Awareness activities for the Bank
Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
• UAE National with a family book.
• Certifications in Event Planning, Sponsorship Management, or related fields are a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in event planning, sponsorship management, or a related role within the banking or financial services sector.
