Open Position:
We’re Hiring! EVFS Phase Leader
Arab Unity School, Dubai are seeking an
inspiring leader to become the Phase Leader
for our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
This is a pivotal role leading our FS2
Department, starting in August 2026.
As EYFS Phase Leader, you will:

• Inspire a culture of teaching excellence and ambition within your team
• Drive very good or better teaching and learning across the EYFS phase
• Lead by example through coaching and developing others
• Effectively use data to inform practice and elevate outcomes
• Partner with parents and staff to create a thriving Early Years community
• Ensure smooth transitions into FS1 and beyond into Key Stage 1
• Play a key role in school improvement and curriculum development
• Be a visible and valued leader, contributing actively to the wider school culture

  We are looking for someone who is:
• A confident and skilled Early Years teacher and leader, with significant
  previous experience in a National Curriculum for England setting
• Committed to delivering exceptional outcomes through innovation and best practice
• Resilient, reflective, and driven by standards
• Passionate about the ‘Characteristics of Effective Learning’ and creating inspiring learning experiences for all children The successful candidate will have:
• A B.Ed. or a degree with PGCE or equivalent in Early Years Education or Early Childhood Studies
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching the Foundation Stage within a National Curriculum for England School, particularly focusing on the EYFS Framework
• A strong track record of delivering high- quality teaching and learning
