Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to assist in the efficient running of accounts receivables’ daily operations and to complete all payroll related tasks and payments.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue all manual requests for customer invoices, credit notes and intercompany invoices.

• Ensure monthly follow up with DIEZ customers to clear all outstanding invoices.

• Perform revenue recognition process and ensure revenue journals are created and posted as a month end closing process.

• Complete the validation process and revenue analysis report.

• Complete all staff related transactions including but not limited to Commissions/Perdiem/EOS on a timely basis.

• Process monthly payroll and government transactions on the agreed time frame set.

• Complete payroll module month-end closing process with agreed timeline for all entities and prepare payroll schedules as well ensure all accounts are reconciled.

• Assist in preparing the manpower budget.

• Promptly respond and solve all accounts receivables and payroll inquires.

• Prepare and provide all required documents and details to Auditors for both accounts receivable and payroll.

• Carry out any task related to receivables and payroll as seen necessary or required by Manger.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Payroll.

• Ability to prepare basic reports and reconciliations.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience using ERP systems (Oracle / SAP or similar).
