Facility Management and Maintenance Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
– Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders
– Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff
– Lead the FM and Maintenance Department
– Coordinates, monitors and performs preventive, predictive and proactive maintenance and repairs as required in the AMC contracts
– Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for the facility
– Manage a team of maintenance technicians and custodians
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
– Manage the budget for the maintenance department
– Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors
– Continuously improve the maintenance processes and procedures

Minimum Requirements:
– Relevant 10+ years UAE experience in FM / Maintenance company or in a similar role. At least 3 years in managing team is an advantage.
– Engineering Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
– Immediate availability to join the team.
