Our clients include leading organizations across consumer goods, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and government sectors. We are looking for a Finance & Administration Executive who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a fast-moving business. This is not a routine accounting role. You will work directly with leadership and play an important role in strengthening the company’s financial controls, cash flow visibility, compliance, and reporting systems. Key Responsibilities Finance & Accounting Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records Process customer invoices, supplier bills, receipts, and journal entries Perform bank and account reconciliations Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records Track customer collections and follow up on outstanding payments Prepare monthly aging reports and cash flow updates Support monthly closing activities and management reporting Assist with audit preparation and financial documentation VAT & Compliance Maintain VAT records and supporting schedules Support VAT return preparation and submission Ensure financial documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready Assist with regulatory and compliance requirements Administration Maintain organized finance and company records Support payroll and employee administration activities Coordinate with banks, vendors, auditors, consultants, and government entities where required Assist in improving internal processes and administrative efficiency What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field 2–5 years of relevant experience Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles Familiarity with UAE VAT requirements Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Experience with accounting software (Zoho Books experience is highly preferred) Strong communication and follow-up skills Ability to take ownership and work independently Preferred Experience managing collections and receivables Experience preparing management reports Experience supporting external audits Experience in SMEs or fast-growing companies Growth Opportunity This role offers significant exposure to finance, operations, compliance, and business management.
