Job Summary

We are seeking a Finance Executive with 3–5 years of UAE experience in Finance & Accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), VAT management, payroll support, and financial reporting. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple finance functions across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including tracking receivables and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice verification, processing, and payment coordination.
  • Maintain daily sales, collections, and payment reconciliation reports.
  • Track university commission invoices and follow up on commission receivables.
  • Review and verify employee expense claims with proper documentation and VAT compliance.
  • Support payroll processing by validating reimbursement and salary-related claims.
  • Maintain VAT records and assist in VAT tracking, reporting, and compliance support.
  • Prepare and update financial trackers, reconciliations, and routine reports.
  • Assist in audit preparation by organizing financial documents, invoices, and supporting records.
  • Support office-level P&L tracking and expense monitoring.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on finance-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of UAE experience in Finance & Accounts.
  • Strong experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Hands-on experience in VAT management, payroll support, and financial reporting.
  • Good knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred

  • Experience in a multi-location organization.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
