We have an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate to join our organization for a Finance Intern role. The Finance intern will support the finance team in day-to-day financial activities, reporting, and analysis. The role provides hands-on exposure to financial planning, reporting, and compliance processes while developing foundational finance skills.
Roles, Responsibilities, Duties;
Financial Planning and Analysis
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and basic financial reports.
- Support variance analysis by comparing actual results against budgets.
- Help compile financial data and reports for internal review.
- Perform basic financial modeling and data analysis under supervision.
Financial Reporting and Compliance
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Support documentation and filing for audits and compliance purposes.
- Help ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist with maintaining compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Operational Finance Support
- Support tracking cash inflows and outflows.
- Assist in updating cash flow schedules and simple forecasts.
- Help maintain records related to invoices, payments, and receivables.
Corporate Finance & Investment Exposure
- Support financial analysis, research, and reporting activities across corporate and operational finance.
- Assist in preparing presentations, financial summaries, and management reports.
- Support research, due diligence, and business performance analysis activities.
- Gain exposure to strategic finance, portfolio reporting, and investment-related processes.
Team Collaboration and Learning
- Work closely with senior finance team members on assigned tasks.
- Participate in team meetings and learn about financial decision-making.
- Take part in training and development activities to build finance competencies.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (or final-year student with relevant coursework).
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA Level I) are an advantage but not required.
Experience and Competencies:
Experience
- 0–2 years of internship or entry-level experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply.

- Financial Basics: Understanding accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to work with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial data.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Excel and financial tools; willingness to learn ERP systems.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry, reporting, and documentation
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills.
