PROACTIVE LINK is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy & Analysis: Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, revenue enhancement and risk management. Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate closely with department heads to develop accurate and achievable budgets. Prepare financial forecasts and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Financial Operations: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury functions.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimise investment opportunities. Implement strategies to enhance cash reserves.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
