Finance Head – Steel Fabrication Industry
Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAEAbout Comtech Steel Industries
Comtech Steel Industries is a leading UAE manufacturer specializing in structural steel, transmission towers, telecom towers, street lighting poles, high masts, solar mounting structures, and hot-dip galvanizing solutions. We are seeking a Finance Head with proven experience in steel fabrication or heavy manufacturing to lead our finance function.Key Responsibilities
- Lead all finance, accounting, and treasury operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans.
- Monitor manufacturing costs, project profitability, and production performance.
- Oversee inventory valuation, raw material costing, and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, and statutory requirements.
- Manage banking relationships, audits, insurance, and financing facilities.
- Strengthen internal controls and financial reporting processes.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
- Lead and develop the finance team.
Mandatory Requirements ⚠️
- Minimum 10 years of finance experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a Finance Manager / Finance Head / Financial Controller role.
- Previous experience in steel fabrication, structural steel manufacturing, hot-dip galvanizing, or heavy industrial manufacturing is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Manufacturing costing
- Project accounting
- Inventory control
- ERP systems
- Financial planning & analysis
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA) is preferred.
