The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the accounting and finance function across Al Raya Group. This role is ideal for a qualified finance professional with strong leadership capabilities, extensive knowledge of UAE financial regulations, IFRS reporting, UAE VAT and CT regulations, and experience managing finance teams within a dynamic business environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and decision-making while supervising subordinate accountants and supporting the Group’s continued expansion.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee the accounting and finance function across Al Raya Group.
• Take ownership of monthly, quarterly and the annual closing process and prepare year-end IFRS compliant financial statements and other reports as required by management.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning for the group.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with and handle auditors, banks, and government authorities.
• Implement and maintain effective financial controls and reporting processes.
• Provide financial analysis, investment appraisal and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Who Should Apply

•  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•  Minimum of 5 years of finance and accounting experience, of which, at least 1 year is in a supervisory role
• Native-level fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Professional working level proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE financial regulations, tax regulations and accounting practices.
• Experience supervising direct reports and finance teams.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA etc are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
