Job Title: Finance Officer (UAEN)
Job Location: Abu Dhabi
Role Summary:
The Finance Officer supports financial operations by assisting with financial reporting, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable activities, reconciliations, and compliance processes. The role helps ensure accurate financial records and supports the organization’s financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Operations
- Assist with processing invoices, payments, and expense claims.
- Maintain financial records and supporting documentation.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Assist with monthly financial closing activities.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare financial reports and reconciliations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assist in tracking financial performance and expenditure.
- Compile financial data for management reporting purposes.
Compliance & Controls
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Assist in maintaining financial controls and documentation standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related functions.
- Familiarity with financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
