Job Purpose:

The FP&A Specialist will support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and data analysis to help guide business decisions. This role involves analyzing financial performance, preparing management reports, and identifying trends and insights to improve profitability and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data and building financial models.
  • Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis (budget vs. actual).
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Analyze KPIs, revenue trends, cost drivers, and operational performance.
  • Participate in month-end close, ensuring accurate and timely financial data.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments (sales, operations, HR, etc.).
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis, presentations, and executive dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

You’re a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3-5 Years’ of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role
  • Fluent Written and Verbal English
  • Experience with Accounting Software (QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, Oracle, Zoho, ERP…)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
  • CMA or CFA certification is a plus
