General Accountant

Job Overview:

Call My Doctor Healthcare LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, financial reporting, VAT filing, accounts reconciliation, and expense management, ensuring compliance with UAE accounting regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Financial Management & Reporting

✔ Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
✔ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
✔ Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

VAT & Compliance

✔ Handle VAT calculations, filing, and compliance with UAE regulations.
✔ Ensure adherence to IFRS accounting standards.
✔ Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.

Healthcare Billing & Revenue Tracking

✔ Manage patient billing, invoicing, and payment collections.
✔ Reconcile transactions with insurance companies and partner healthcare providers.
✔ Maintain financial records for Doctor On Call, Lab at Home, and IV Therapy, etc services.

Payroll & Expense Management

✔ Process employee salaries, overtime, and incentives.
✔ Track business expenses, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
✔ Prepare budget forecasts and financial projections.

Reconciliation & Auditing

✔ Conduct bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
✔ Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
✔ Assist in internal and external audits.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✔ 3-5 years of accounting experience in Dubai (healthcare industry experience preferred).
✔ Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws, IFRS, and financial regulations.
✔ Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or other accounting software.
✔ Excellent skills in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Financial Analysis).
✔ Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle financial data securely.
✔ Strong communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus).
