Overview of the role:
- The primary focus of the role will be to consistently deliver an educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all future customers and conducting test drives as well as prepare the customers for their future with a Polestar vehicle in Dubai, setup the vehicle for the customer, going through all the features and of the vehicle and able to answer any question related to electric mobility and the brand.
What you will do:
- Customer management, set expectations.
- Ensure customer journeys align with vehicle journey.
- Vehicle preparation according to Polestar standards.
- Handover vehicles to customers in a customer focused and tailored manor.
- Welcome all Showroom visitors, log reasons for visit and forwarding to relevant team members.
- Providing excellent and delightful customer experience as per company policy and procedures.Â
- Attending to customer needs, understand their requirements so that the maximum number of enquiries are handled quickly and forwarded on responsibly.Â
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of personnel and procedures. As well as product updates and industry trends and news.
- Supporting the sales team with test drives.
- Achieve 100% of the mandatory required training as per Al Futtaim and OEM requirements.Â
Required Skills to be successful:
- Customer service experience.
- Communication skills.Â
- Data management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
About the Team:
- Reporting to the Space Manager and will work closely with the sales team and the broader internal and external stakeholders.
What equips you for the role:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.Â
- 3 years experience in automotive customer service role.
- Proficient in English.
- Valid UAE driver’s licenseÂ
