DEPARTMENT
We are seeking an inspiring and
dynamic Head of EYFS Department
with strong leadership skills and
a passion for early years education
to lead and develop our EYFS team
and ensure the highest standards of
teaching and learning.
REQUIREMENTS
SHARJAH INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE SCHOOL
LLC/ S.P
“Sil’s
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Master’s degree in Leadership / Education is preferred
Minimum 5 years Of teaching experience in EYES
At least 2 years of leadership experience
Proven experience as a Head of Year Coordinator
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge Of EYES curriculum (MOE / EYFS Framework)
Ability to lead, coach, and support a team Of teachers
Commitment to school improvement and continuous professional development
Experience in UAE is preferred
